Replace template files with dynamic content from wds-block-starter

I really enjoy the offline conversation I've been having with @donmhico and @michealengland around replacing the template files in this repo with dynamically pulled content from wds-block-starter.

Long term I think maintaining both these template files and the files in wds-block-starter isn't sustainable and introduces a lot of opportunity for errors.

I wanted to capture this idea here (and add my enthusiastic support).

Idea captured! And you're totally right the how it currently work is not ideal. I'm in the process of re-creating this create-block package with this in mind. Thank you!
