Email notification reminders on open tasks

A simple interface on tasks to add as many reminders as needed for a task, which I'd imagine would be set in regard to the task due date ("Send email reminder [2 days] before due date")

I'm going to move this back to the Future Release milestone, I'll make this an add-on plugin for 1.3 to begin with.
