Manually adding members when moderation setting enabled causes them to be marked as pending

Somewhere along the line, we're adding the meta. Is it possible to check the method used to add user, and prevent pending status if manual?

Check for any possible way to determine user adding type, aka manual by a human, or registered via standard forms.

If possible, prevent email and "pending" marking.
