Make close button of Go To Line / Find and Replace plugins' dialogs more accessible

• The screenreader (Windows NVDA on Microsoft Edge) currently calls it "Clickable times".
• These problems would likely be solved by making it a button.
• This would probably need another major version as the CSS selector would change.
