imersive portals once again incompatable with dimthreading

https://github.com/qouteall/ImmersivePortalsMod/blob/1.18/src/main/resources/fabric.mod.json#L52 forces this crash on startup with any version of dimthread. So as far as the crash goes, its intended behaviour, the author probably had a good reason to add it. I have not read thru the rest of their source if anything important changed(yet)
