Damage connected to Projectile Speed

Description

Make an option so that when a gun that shoots an actual projectile (I.E. an arrow), the damage the gun deals is based off the current % of its muzzle velocity.

Example: Gun shoots projectile at speed 80. This projectile shoots through an oak planks block which slows the bullet further so that when it hits the target, it’s moving at 40, which would make the bullet deal 50% less damage as 40 is 50% of 80.

This would both reduce the effectiveness of firearms at extreme ranges as well as reduce the damage of bullets that are allowed to pass through blocks
