[Feature Request] Add multiple disk compatibility

I have the Dragonflight version installed on my SSD but both Wotlk Classic and Classic Era on my HDD. It would be nice to be able to add both folders to the WeakAuras Companion app just so I can swap between the game versions and easily update all my weakauras without having to manually change the folder everytime.
