Convert the DevOps roadmap on CC website to a markdown format in the DevOps folder. Name the file as roadmap.md

Example:

Hey @TRohit20, yes it is open. I've made a PR that will add a .svg of the roadmaps which are not yet converted into markdown. It should be merged tomorrow. Please open that .svg file in a browser and you can convert it

Hey @siddhant-khisty ! Am working on that issue and almost completed it, the thing is I need to add Links for few stages but the site was down so I was not able to get those links. Once the CC site is available, I'll be able to complete the progress. Can I make a PR with the one I've done? It might be helpful for the folks. url of readme
