A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...] We already have certain rules in place and will have more in the future. Issuing warnings is useless if we don't take any action against the repeat offenders.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. I actually don't know how discord bots work (will have to learn 😃) but I guess if we could have like a central file or maybe even a DB where we update a users infraction score whenever he commits one we could frustrate them.
