Mobile view - modals - global UI issues

Issue1: all Modals not in the center of screen, it's close to the bottom, not that it's issue but in case if yes better to move to the center

issue2: Modals don't close on click outside of modal, should be closing

Steps:

1. open any modal
2. click outside of modal

result:

• nothing happening

Issue3: title of most of all modals is not in horizontal center

Issue4: looks like that close button to far from the right-top corner
