[Bug][1.20.1] Missing Item/block tags

Issue Description:

A few blocks have missing tags which causes some compatibility errors with other mods.

What happens:

As you can see, the item has some tags missing

These are the tags from the JAOPCA variant of the same block. You can see the "storage_block" tags.

What you expected to happen:

Those tags should have been on the blood magic variant of the block, which would have removed the additional recipe from the JEI.
