License changes

1. Replaces the old license text file with a markdown one for better legibility and structure (GitHub should identify it properly now)
2. Change all in game license references to the correct one, i.e, CC BY 4.0
3. Slightly update README (still need to update more references)
4. Update the in game metadata file and add a logo
