Describe the bug When there are multiple browser windows and multiple activate tabs AutoFill cannot be used

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open multiple browser windows and open multiple tabs
  2. Select the text content of the web page
  3. Click extension icon show popup
  4. Can not AutoFill selected content to popup form

Expected behavior AutoFill selected content to popup form
