2. Set panel.position = top
3. Launch wf-panel
4. Set panel.position = bottom

Expected behaviour: panel is positioned at the bottom, shown when pointer is at the bottom edge. Actual behaviour: panel is positioned at bottom, shown when pointer is at the top edge.
