[wf-panel] configure display to show on

I want to configure the display that displays the panel, other displays should not display the panel

User configures panel.display=eDP1: panel is only visible on eDP1 User configures panel.display=all: panel is visible on all displays

any progess on this? dual-screen works well, configurable with wdisplays. dont need the same panel twice.
