GTK 4?

Will we see a re-right in GTK 4? If so when?

We need https://github.com/wmww/gtk-layer-shell/issues/37 to be resolved first.

@ammen99 layer-shell has been ported to GTK4 for 3 months now and should be very stable, please update to GTK4.

Upgrading to gtk4 would be quite a lot of work and I do not see myself having time for this in the foreseeable future, as I am focusing on Wayfire itself at the moment (plus gtk3 works fine at the moment). If anyone is up for the task, feel free to send PRs.
