[wf-dock] Do not show dock when empty

When I start my wayfire session and have no windows open, the dock simply appears as a grey square.

Initially (before I knew that it is a dock) I actually though this is some kind of bug or glitch.

I think if the dock is totally empty maybe it makes sense to not even show it to the user?

I’m also looking for a way to hide it when it’s empty, maybe through a CSS rule or some configuration tweak. If anyone knows whether this can be handled in the theme (via CSS) or needs a change in wf-dock itself, I’d be interested too!
