Features request for Windows rules

Hello, I don't know what is the planned for the Windows rules plugin, but I was thinking of something similar to Compiz. For Workspace this will need to be implemented. https://github.com/WayfireWM/wayfire/issues/588

+1 For this; The window rules ui is currently empty and doesn't seem to server a purpose apart from the checkbox. This would improve usability by a lot.
