All windows moved to workspace 1 after laptop suspend/resume cycle

Describe the bug Whenever I close my laptop, all windows on all workspaces appear in workspace 1 when I repopen it.

To Reproduce

  1. have multiple workspaces
  2. have a terminal or whatever in a workspace other than workspace 1
  3. close laptop
  4. open laptop
  5. observe all windows now being in workspace 1

Expected behavior I would expect windows to remain in their original workspace

Screenshots or stacktrace

Wayfire version 0.10.0 in gentoo linux

Workaround Enabling the preserve-output plugin appears to revert the observed behaviour to what I used to se with version 0.9.x.

Note that it also happens when switching TTYs
