Edge-swipe exclusion zone

For edges that have assigned edge-swipe gestures it would be nice if the swipe event was not forwarded to the client underneath.

As mentioned in chat, this would probably be best as a workaround rather than default behaviour

A follow up thought occurs. We could optionally show a touch-based animation whenever an edge-swipe is detected. Hopefully more obvious to the user the reason an app isn't seeing that specific gesture.
