External monitor connected as mirror of main screen does no wake up from "dpms" timeout.

Connecting esternal monitor to a laptop as mirror. Works fine.

Both screens goes to dpms mode by timeout - forks fine.

Touch a key or mouse - intetnal laptop screen wakes up. The external monitor remains off. I can see it in wcm or wlr-randr - so monitor physically is connected, but no signal. I need to unplug it and plug it back - then it activates again in mirror mode.
