[expo] Tiled windows (plugin simple-tile) are not dragged between workspaces

Describe the bug When in expo-mode tiled windows are not responding on mouse dragging. At the same time floating windows do.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable plugin Expo
2. Enable plugin Simple-tile
3. Open some tiled windows
4. Activate expo-mode
5. Drag any window to another workspace
6. Window not dragged, only switch workspace
