Window-rules : snapping window doesn't work.

Describe the bug I want to open pavucontrol and place it at bottom_right, I did configure wayfire.ini to tell wayfire to place pavucontrol at bottom_right. Pavucontrol still open at center of screen.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enable plugin grid.
  2. Configure wayfire.ini : rules_L = on created if app_id is "pavucontrol" then snap bottom_right.
  3. Pavucontrol still open at center of screen.

Expected behavior Pavucontrol open at bottom right.
