Dragging windows using a finger or a pen doesn't work

Describe the bug Dragging the title bar of any active window using a finger or a stylus doesn't cause the active program's window to move. However, doing the same using the mouse works.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Tap and drag a titlebar using a touchscreen or pen-enabled display

Expected behavior The window should move. Howver, it doesn't.

Wayfire version 0.7.0-73f9b77 (Mar 11 2021, branch 'master') Installed from the Arch User Repository using the latest Wayfire git snapshot.
