Add documentation for the new Scale options

Scale has a few options which are not documented, scale-title-filter isn't documented on the wiki either.

In my opinion, we really should generate documentation for a wiki from the metadata, using a script. An example of this is here. We could pepper in other associated data hard coded in the script or from another file or source, containing match criteria and other things not outlined in metadata.

Yes. The script I provided allows adding extra info in a directory, there's an example lorem ipsum file for decoration.
