Can't broadcast from android

I am unable to broadcast from android, however android users can see broadcast from the PC. This is very weird and I think this could be some engine issue, but I'm not sure. I tried disabling the firewall no luck. I'm on: PC: OpenSUSE Tumbleweed (Linux) Android: 6.0 Godot: 3.3

I think the problem is in the details. Did you export it with the INTERNET android permission? If it doesn't work, try using ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE too.

Also, android's minimal port without root is 1024.
