.swp with Vim

When editing a file with vim it creates a temporary swap files which causes the bot to reload, but since vim deletes that file after the main file has is done being edited Robo can't find it anymore.

@Nazeofel Is this still an issue? I remember we improved the cleanup process but I don't remember if this was included.
