Wrong highlighted lines

First of all I just wanted to say, thank you for creating this extension. Even if the extension wouldn't evolve, that would still be useful :)!

Now I noticed some problems: In this example if you put your cursor at the end of line 201 and press enter to create a new line (here in my example, the line with dataflowJobId), the extension will count the line 201 and 202 as a change. In my opinion the line 201 shouldn't be highlighted because there is no change on that line.

Then if I delete my newly created line 202 (with dataflowJobId), the current line 203, which will become line 202, will be highlighted even if we haven't made any change to it. Maybe using Source Control (when available) as the source of the users modifications can be solution ?

I hate this extension. I've installed it just to try and forgot about it, when I saw these lines it's terrible. You should make it more clear wtf is this, because your extension is highly confusing
