Fix react-snapshot pre-rendering?

Hi Amelia, nice website!

Not sure if you're already working on this, but it seems like react-snapshot you have configured at the code block below is not currently working:

This means that JavaScript is required to view the content of the site, which (as you're maybe aware) will reduce performance and SEO:

I was going to do a PR to add react-snap, but I thought I'd ping you first to see if you have any plans to do this differently.
