Recent version keeps fail to reach the vmess server

I'm running clash-rs on a Linux router for about 10 Windows pc.

Are you using tun mode with unreleased latest build?

No, I'm not using tun mode; I set proxy:7890 explicitly on all PCs.

When this happens, I see only 1 established connection with the VMESS host(netstat -an), read/write queue is almost empty.

It should establish many connections concurrently.
