Search engines are reset after changing language...

Describe the bug After changing the language, the default search engine is automatically changed and the other search engines are reset and/or hidden search engines are displayed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Menu-Options-Search-OneclickSearchEngines'
2. Delete all search engines and leave the default one.
3. Go to 'Menu-Options-General-LocaleSelect'
4. Change language and restart Waterfox
5. See error
