Uninstaller Doesn't Remove Registry Keys

After installing Cactus (for all users, with the file associations and Explorer integrations enabled), uninstalling it removes the EXE file and its directory, but leaves behind all of the registry keys. This means the Explorer context menu item remains even after being uninstalled.
