Pycharm remote debugging is not supported

On my windows PC, I can connect to colab via powershell. However, when configuring pycharm remote debugging, it always shows that 'timout' 图片

same behaviour on Ubuntu 20. I can connect fine via termnial and "classic" ssh however. VsCode also has problems connecting
