KOTH Scoreboard Flicker

Describe the bug The KOTH scoreboard, as well as scoreboards from other games flicker sometimes. As seen in the screenshots, this somehow happens because the first line (in this case Yellow's points) goes missing. The line went missing for one or two frames, which equates to ~17-33ms. This causes the flickering we perceive.

Client version 1.8.9

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the bug:

  1. Play any KOTH map
  2. Capture a hill
  3. Wait and it will happen

Expected behavior The scoreboard shouldn't flicker, it should update properly at all times.
