Make TNT destroy wool

Currently, tnt can destroy wool, but it will not count towards the objective. Tnt breaking the wool should count towards the objective (possibly an option in map.json?)

I've talked about this with Teejers. It'd only be a config option to enable TNT damage on monuments. With this, TNT based minigames are possible. You probably have seen his player server, Kaboom. (Rest in Peace)
