Spectator Tools

Another item for spectators that gives them access to change a few things. This could include:

  • Toggling viewing other spectators on/off (#270)
  • Changing your flying speed.
  • Swapping between survival mode and spectator mode
    • Useful for viewing the POV of a certain player

And anything else that could be useful to spectators
