Tournament support

Tournament Support:
    - Add support for Tournaments (enable or disable this in the config  or ingame using (Config enable tournament))
    - Teams register command [/tournament register <Team1> <Team2>] 
    - Enable whitelist when tournament has started (/tournament wl <teamName>)

Whitelisting the server for tournaments would prevent users from spectating ?
