Make it so if you get the first kill of the game you get first blood, and first blood shows in your stats like "First Bloods: 5" and then you get like extra XP as well as a thing in chat saying "PLAYER has gotten the first blood of the game!"

The message field would be optional. If a message field isn't specified, it would default to a generic first blood message.
I don't think it would look good for all game modes.

Map developers could choose if they want it for each map.
This is a good idea, and yes it should be map specific.
Also, when we move to having gamemode globals (like importing an infection.json), we can add it per gamemode by importing the JSON for consistency in the messages.
In my opinion I kinda don't like the fact that all maps are different in code, like if someone plays a map that does have this then they move on to a map that doesn't they will be like "Wait what why didn't I get first blood"
What is "enchantment" label
It means that it could be an enhancement to the game.
