Add key shortcut to always show unit health, and another shortcut to show enemy health (within fog of course)

F9 does this for player controlled units/buildings but cycles through states instead of offering a 'reveal while held' option. Hotkey option does not mention it is restricted to the player's bars only.

Don't know of a key to do that for enemy presently and the way where you can right click to peek at it is bad UI in my opinion: Missing the moving target=deselect what you had selected, can be overridden by dragging instead of just releasing to rotate camera, rotating camera until mouse points at a unit reveals its bar so it works like a toggle but with the mouse cursor stuck while doing it.
