CB Sensors should not continue to track targets long after they've fled/stopped firing.

Describe the feature you'd like Currently, when a CB sensor locks onto a target (either an enemy unit or structure), the sensor will hold onto that target until either the target or sensor is destroyed, or the sensor finds a new target. I would suggest either a time limit on the target lock (i.e. if the target hasn't attacked for 10 seconds, lose the target lock) and/or a movement-based threshold (i.e. if the target moves more than 3 tiles, lose the target lock).

Describe why do you think it is needed Currently, when an artillery unit or structure is targeted by an enemy CB sensor, it is impossible to avoid being targeted by enemy artillery without either sacrificing the targeted object, or by taking out the sensor itself. No matter what distance a targeted unit flees or how long it has been since it was locked onto, it will still be tracked by the CB sensor. This can be especially infuriating against enemies armed with super long-ranged artillery (such as Ripple Rockets, Angel Missiles (campaign only), or Archangel Missiles.
