Player stats screen doesn't show transparency properly for railgun's firing animation effect

Describe the bug Transparency isn't rendered properly for the firing effect for the railgun on the player stats screen

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a skirmish
2. Somehow unlock railgun tech
3. Create only railgun units, so they show up on the player stat screen
4. Wait for them to fire and observe incorrectly rendered effect

Expected behavior Effect should render with transparency as it normally does in-game
