Could you update the README.md to MS Visual Studio 2022 including the latest requirements you used to compile?

Describe the feature you'd like It's currently on 2019 and needs to be updated to a working version of Visual Studio

Describe why do you think it is needed Due to highly outdated README and should be done before the release of the Beta

I think commit b7e57a8dfde669b999cfda10f5cfc0987bd6ca9e updated the file to VS 2022.
