Construction effect

There is an additional dust effect around building In WZ's demo 1M when you construct something. Idk why it was removed for release version, looks cool. It uses the same pie file that is used when you produce a unit currently. https://youtu.be/fn75qAIWYAU image image

I mentioned this FX quite a couple of times in the past, would be lovely to see it back in-game.

And once re-instated can then be an in game option Some extra menu setting "dust effect" to enable/disable at leisure.
