`cam27fmv` caption/video clipped.

The following caption for cam27fmv shows up for only a split second before disappearing:

Not sure if problem is with caption or with video. VLC seems to be unable to seek in that .ogg file, but also in others.

I've noticed in the past few years VLC has trouble seeking or ending too early on some videos/music formats... rather annoying.

It's the subtitle start time. It shows up at 22.5-47 seconds but the video is only 23 seconds long. The subtitle times aren't exactly the greatest.

This might not be so much players like VLC, but coming from the source I believe all are slightly cropped and need fixing.
