Missing heavy cannon

Current update is missing heavy cannon and will not open to full screen. Lots of bugs

Heavy Cannon gets obsoleted by Hyper Velocity Cannon in Beta campaign which I assume is why you think it is missing. Click the black tech array icon above your unit designs if you want to access obsolete technology.
