Playable Scavenger faction (Skirmish/Multiplayer)

Describe the feature you'd like I remember that a long time ago there was a mod that allowed you to play as scavengers against scavengers. With many new features in the game lately, including factions and enhanced scavengers who can build buildings, it would be a good idea to introduce a separate playable scavenger faction in Skirmishes and multiplayer games in version 4.3 or later. Describe why do you think it is needed This would make the gameplay much more varied and interesting. It would be nice to have network games and battles in formats: scavengers against scavengers, scavengers against the Alliance, etc. There may be a lack of balance in these games, but it will still be good for fun.

This is known as the Scavenger Wars mod, as done by Noq some years ago. It just needs updating to work with latest versions. "it won't work on any version between 3.1.0 to 4.4.2" - as per a user test.
