Allow mobile repair units to repair units on the move

Describe the feature you'd like Allow mobile repair units to repair nearby damaged units while moving around. If a repair unit is given a repair target, allow it to repair other friendly units along the way while moving towards it's repair target. Currently, repair units cannot repair anything if they're given a move order, and will not repair anything but their current repair target if given one.

Describe why do you think it is needed Allowing repair units to repair on the move would dramatically lower the micro-managing required to use them efficiently, making them much more user friendly and enticing to use. Repair units would be able to repair a group on the move, without the need to stop and repair.

Like how the weapon units have a "defend" function, right? It would really make life much easier if mobile repair units got something similar.
