Feature Request: Modify the Twitch Stream Info

**Is your feature request related to a problem? I'd like to automate changing the information in the Twitch dock: Title, GoLive Notification, Catagory, Tags, Stream Language, Content Classification, Rerun, and Branded Content.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to trigger macros based on the values of these settings and be able to modify these values in an action (with variable support).

Title and category are already implemented, you can download a version from master GH build artifacts and test it. The rest is more niche to change based on conditions (except notification I guess) but shouldn't be too hard to add.

Go live actually seems impossible to add, even: https://discuss.dev.twitch.tv/t/how-to-send-go-live-notification-via-twitch-api/30275/2 - wanted to do so but Twitch needs to do that first.
