Current Behavior
Followed the install instructions but 1.32.0 does not show up under Tools in OBS
Downloaded and installed the previous 1.31.0 and now it's there to setup.

Can you share a corresponding log file? I assume this is happening because your OBS version is too old for 1.32.0. The minimum supported OBS version is 31.1.1.

You cannot install pkg ( not signed ) Manually placing plugin file into plugins folder in obs.app causes obs to crash at start.

Installing using the pkg installer should be possible even if the pgk is not signed - although slightly more complicated than if it would have been signed. It is also described in the wiki page I linked to above. Unfortunately, I can't really justify spending 99$ a year for a certificate just for the MacOS release of the plugin.
