How do we make it explode upon death?

Sorry, I know issues section is probably not the place for this, but there was one thing I had wanted to know. I want to make goblin sappers/demolition squad explode upon death, meaning their ability being automatically cast upon death and killing nearby units. How could I do that?

I want to accomplish either that, or make the AI be able to use their demolition squad/sapper units to cast their demolish ability. Because when I attempt to create an AI attack force out of sappers, they use them to attack instead of using their demolish abilities. Please help me out on this one.

Sorry this is an old thread but I wanted to ask.

Are you wanting the sappers/demolition squad to explode using their demo charge, when they are killed by the enemy? Or do you want the demo squad to use their demolition ability when attacking the enemy/enemy building?

By default the demo squad/sappers explode when they make contact with a building but I haven't seen what they do to units yet.

I think he want's them to explode when they die. When they get near things, there's already an autocast rule to make them explode when they get near any opponent unit (https://github.com/Wargus/wargus/blob/master/scripts/spells.lua#L93)
